Immersive Learning (IL) places students in an interactive learning environment, either physically or virtually, to replicate possible scenarios or to teach particular skills or techniques. IL includes simulations, role play, and virtual learning environments. Evaluating appropriateness of drug therapy in relation to laboratory results. At the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, we have established the first Clinical Pharmacy Simulation centre (or known as CliPS) in 2009 to enhance IL for our students. To our knowledge this is the first laboratory of its kind in the Asian region.
